Reservation Deposits

Cancellations

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. Cancellations received 14 days before arrival will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received 7 days before arrival will be refunded 1/2 the deposit. If cancellation is received less than 7 days before your arrival date, your deposit is forfeited, or may be applied to a future stay.

Smoking Policy:

All accommodations are smoke free. Our smoking guests must smoke outside, no exceptions.

Check-in time

Check in is 4:00 p.m. You are welcome to use the grounds or have refreshments on our deck if you arrive early.

Check-out time

Check out is 10:30 a.m. But again, feel free to take a last canoe ride after your things are out of the cabin. If you want to check out later than noon, the late check-out fee is 25% of the daily rate and arrangements should be made the evening before.

Pet Policy:

Sorry, we are unable to accept pets.

Gratuities

Though many Ontario resorts do, we do not charge an automatic service fee. Our staff is proud to give you their best service and appreciates a gratuity in recognition. Most guests leave 10% when settling their account, which is then
distributed to all our staff.
